The Court of the Eurasian Economic Union held an International Conference

  • Invitations to participate have been extended to representatives of high judicial authorities of the EAEU Member-States, international courts, the Eurasian Economic Commission, academics from leading universities in the EAEU and Europe, and practicing lawyers.
  • Participants will discuss key issues related to the uniform application of the Eurasian Economic Union law, the main recent developments in the case law of international courts, as well as courts of the EAEU Member-States in the field of economic legal relations, problematic issues in the field of protection of competition, customs regulation and the development of a common internal market of the Union.
  • The speakers will deliver their presentations via videoconference. The sessions will be broadcast live on the Court’s social networks and other platforms.
  • A collected volume of presentations and speeches will be published following the event.
