The Court of the Eurasian Economic Union held an International Conference

  • The International Conference «New Challenges for EAEU Integration: The Legal Dimension» organised by the EAEU Court held online on November 25-27, 2020.
  • Representatives of EAEU Member-States' judicial authorities, international courts, the Eurasian Economic Commission, academics from leading universities in the EAEU and Europe, and practicing lawyers delivered speech and shared their ideas during the course of the Conference.
  • Participants discussed key issues of advancing economic integration within the EAEU, current trends and challenges for the international judiciary, questions of co-operation between international and national courts, the completion of the Eurasian single internal market and the protection of competition.
